Duball’s role:

Assembled and led a team of professionals to create a world-class mixed-use project and led the entitlement process, which included countless meetings with various public agencies and community stakeholders resulting final approval in March of 2020.

Highlights:

New residential development and a renovated hotel with high-quality architecture within easy walking distance" to the Rosslyn Metro station, Gateway Park, Georgetown and downtown Rosslyn.

The project would also upgrade the surrounding site, including utility improvements, and contribute toward affordable housing units, public art, utility and transportation management programs.
