Marc Dubick, President of Duball, LLC, has over 25 years of industry experience as an institutional real estate investor and developer. Prior to Duball, Mr. Dubick served as Senior Vice President and shareholder of Lowe Enterprises, one of the country's largest real estate pension fund advisors. Following 17 successful years at Lowe, Mr. Dubick formed Duball, LLC. He has been directly involved in the acquisition, investment, development or redevelopment of over 3.5 million square feet of commercial, retail and residential properties.
Mr. Dubick earned his J.D. from the Washington School of Law at American University, a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland, and graduated from the Gilman School in Baltimore. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is a licensed real estate broker in Virginia, DC, and Maryland. |

John Segreti, Vice President of Development, has more than 20 years experience in large-scale development and construction projects. Mr. Segreti has worked for such nationally known firms as The Bozzuto Group, The Clark Construction Group, and Shell Oil Company. He has been involved with a wide variety of product types including: office buildings; national museums; mixed-use projects; high-rise & garden-style multi-family projects; command and control facilities; offshore oil production platforms and several high security projects. Mr. Segreti received a MS in Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech. and a BS in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech. |

Mitchell Yentis, Vice President of Duball, LLC, is a 15-year industry veteran specializing in real estate acquisitions, development and finance. Mr. Yentis has been directly involved in the acquisition and capitalization of over $1 billion in assets for institutional investors and owners such as AIMCO, one of the largest multi-family REITs in the United States, and Deutsche Bank/RREEF, one of the largest real estate advisors in the world. Mr. Yentis earned a MBA from Columbia University and a BBA in Finance from the University of Miami. |
