Marc Dubick, President of Duball, LLC, is a 20-year industry veteran with extensive experience as an institutional real estate investor and developer. Prior to Duball, Mr. Dubick served as Senior Vice President and shareholder of Lowe Enterprises, one of the countries largest real estate pension fund advisors. Following 17 successful years at Lowe, Mr. Dubick formed Duball, LLC. He has been directly involved in the acquisition, investment, development or redevelopment of over 3.5 million square feet of commercial, retail and residential properties.
Mr. Dubick earned his J.D. from the Washington School of Law at American University, a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland, and graduated from the Gilman School in Baltimore. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is a licensed real estate broker in Virginia, DC, and Maryland. |

John Segreti, Vice President Development, has more than 14 years experience in large-scale development and construction projects. He has been involved with a wide variety of product types including: Office Buildings; National Museums; Mixed-use Projects; High-rise & Garden-style Multi-family Projects; Command and Control Facilities; Offshore Oil Production Platforms and several high security projects. Mr. Segreti received a MS in Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech. and a BS in Civil Engineering with Honors from Virginia Tech. |

Fred Hetzel, Vice President–Land Acquisitions Director for Duball Land, is an industry veteran specializing in the acquisition, development, and entitlement of residential communities in the greater Washington metropolitan area. Prior to Duball, Mr. Hetzel acquired thousands of building lots in dozens of communities during his tenure as director of land acquisition with Equity Homes, a privately-owned builder. Mr. Hetzel was also instrumental in developing over a thousand building lots as a land development manager with Lennar Corporation. Mr. Hetzel earned his J.D. from the University of Richmond, a BA from the University of Virginia, and graduated from St. James School in Maryland. |

Mitchell Yentis, Vice President of Acquisitions and Finance, is a 10-year industry veteran specializing in real estate acquisitions, development and finance. Mr. Yentis has been directly involved in the acquisition and capitalization of approximately $1-billion in assets for institutional investors and leading industry groups including Deutsche Bank/RREEF, Lowe Enterprises and AIMCO (NYSE: AIV). Mr. Yentis earned a MBA in Real Estate Finance from Columbia University and a BBA in Finance with Honors from the University of Miami. |
