Rockville Town Center: Rockville, Maryland
Rockville Town Center, owned by Duball Rockville, LLC, is a 3.2 acre centrally-located transit oriented site which will be redeveloped into two of the tallest mixed-use residential towers in the City of Rockville. The Project is situated in the heart of Rockville Town Center in Montgomery County, Maryland approximately 8-miles outside Washington DC.

The first phase of the project broke ground in November 2012 with delivery in early 2015.  The first phase includes a 263-unit residential tower, a 140-room Cambria Suites hotel, approximately 17,000 square feet of retail space and 600 parking spaces.

When completed, the two mixed-use high-rise towers will include 485-multifamily homes, a 140-key hotel, 40,000 sf of street level retail, approximately 1,000 parking spaces and elevated views of suburban Maryland.

Rockville Town Center is conveniently located one-block from the Rockville Metro and MARC Train Stations, adjacent to dozens of restaurants, bars, shops, Regal Cinemas stadium theater complex and downtown Rockville's commercial and courthouse district. Lionsgate: Downtown Bethesda, Maryland
Lionsgate, developed by Duball Woodmont, LLC, is situated in the heart of downtown Bethesda on the northwest corner of Woodmont Avenue and Old Georgetown Road, just 900-feet from the Bethesda Metro Station and 15 minutes from downtown DC by Metro. Initially delivery started in mid-2008 including 158 luxury condominiums, a 250 space three-level garage and nearly 14,000 square feet of street-level lifestyle retail. Lionsgate is a joint venture between affiliates of Duball LLC and CIM Group.

Foxhall Ridge Townhomes – MacArthur Blvd, NW, Washington DC
Canal Parc Site PlanDuball MacArthur, LLC acquired a 2.7 acre site located on MacArthur Boulevard which is being redeveloped to include 34-luxury city townhomes totaling over 100,000 gsf. Construction began in September 2011. The Project is conveniently located adjacent to historic Georgetown within the Palisades neighborhood overlooking the Potomac River and historic C&O Canal. The 34-city townhomes were designed to be spacious and modern with models ranging from 2,200 square feet to over 3,500 livable square feet. Every home includes off street garage parking within the residence. Duball MacArthur is a joint venture between affiliates of Duball, LLC, Buvermo Investments, Inc. and Stanley Martin Companies, LLC.

Petworth Safeway: Georgia Avenue-Petworth Metro, NW, Washington DC
Petworth SafewayDuball Petworth, LLC is redeveloping the former Safeway store located at 3830 Georgia Avenue, NW, Washington, DC into a transit oriented state-of-the-are Safeway anchored multifamily development project. The Property is situated on 1.56 acres, one-block from the Georgia Avenue-Petworth metro station and will include: (i) a modern 62,400 SF Safeway plus one level of Safeway parking with approximately 86 below grade spaces beneath, which will be owned by Safeway (ii) a five story building containing approximately 220 units plus one level of residential parking with approximately 135 spaces below the Safeway parking level. Duball Petworth acquired from Safeway the development rights to construct the residential building and residential parking. Safeway will retain ownership of its store and parking level. Duball Petworth will own the residential portion of the Project along with the residential parking level. Construction started in late 2012 with delivery in 2014.

Wildewood Master Planned Community: St. Mary’s County, Maryland
Wildewood is a 415-acre Planned Unit Development (PUD) located in St. Mary’s County, Maryland. Duball is the Development and Construction Manager for the entire PUD. When completed, Wildewood will include over 3,750 homes, an office park, community retail, clubhouse, pool and amphitheatre.
